This is where the dream begins to become a reality. Our experts sit down with you and outline what you want from your dream home. From there, we examine the site to determine how we can bring that dream to life.

Here's what we will do:

• Study of the topography of your lot/land where you plan to build
• Stake out the four corners of home to help determine drop and angle
• Consider the angle of home to capture views
• Consider the accessibility to parking and walking areas
• Consider drops in foundation to save on foundation costs
• Consider location of septic and well coordinates and location
• Locate power source and service panel location
• Mark trees that are to be saved within the building site
• Make sure your home feels approachable from the front

2. Design and Implementation

Designing the Dream.

Once we understand the realities of the construction process, we put our experience to work for you. The J. Marhofer advantage begins with our all-encompassing experience. After we take the time to understand the realities of the home building and remodeling process, we’ll sit down again and outline a plan of action to build your dream home.
